If eaten mindfully, with total awareness of sensations its actually possible to derive even more pleasure.
Ive been feeling so connected to my body lately, its been really easy to lose weight. I guess you could call it intuitive eating 🤔 I’ve just been paying close attention to how my whole body feels and naturally eat less. I don’t want to feel the discomfort of overeating. I digest better now and i enjoy the crap out of my meals.
One last thing; it doesnt stress me out to keep nice food in the kitchen! Like rich little treats and snacks. I trust myself to eat reasonably, even with the temptation. I guess its just not very tempting anymore. Yea, really food just overall feels like less of a big deal. If i really want it, ill eat it, but i don’t reeeeally want it.
