None of my friends in real life try with me. They last three days and give up. I'm trying to aim for real change.
It's really basic. Twice a day we message each other. In the early part of the day a supportive message and motivate to workout and at the late part of the day, asking if we worked out, what did we do and how it made us feel. If we ate healthy etc.
I'm very serious about this. I really want someone who won't bail after a few days.
