30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 13

Hello lovely losers,

Day 13, almost two full weeks into 2022!

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Logged!

1800 calorie a day, do not adjust for exercise: 1950 ish today. I'm okay being under maintenance until I get a negative COVID test but I need to be mindful of ye olde slippery slope.

Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute stationary bike. 8/13 days.

Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Made time for ye olde nanowrimo project touch up. I hit the word count in November but it’s a long project, so it’s not done. I'm also trying to shove as much of my holiday fucking fiasco into my journaling while it’s fresh in my memory banks.

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for multiple grocery stores around me offering curbside pickup & for being able to order “ugly” produce to my doorstep while feeling like I'm helping the food system be less fucked up in this bitch.

Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Today I’m glad I have stayed hydrated & listened to my body & brain about weird appetite cues.

How about you all? How’s your day been? I'm reading your posts even when I don't have time to comment back & I am cheering all y'all on!
