Usually it wouldn’t upset me this much but I have seen some people I know sharing falsehoods (imo) some from doctors that should know better. It is dangerous to say that being very over weight does not equal ill health. Yes perhaps if you’re a bit overweight that’s one thing but you can’t tell me that being morbidly obese does not shorten your lifespan.
At best it’s stupidity but at worst it’s downright dangerous. The reason it upsets me so much is I believed it myself for YEARS - and that’s why I got as big as I did.
