30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 9

Hello lovely losers,

Day 9! Anyone out there meal prepping? I made a white bean soup based loosely off a Budgetbytes recipe. If you’re new to cooking or looking for some fun new recipes ideas, I love that site.

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Logged!

1800 calorie a day, do not adjust for exercise: Aiming at maintenance today because of the ronas.

Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Just finished 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I’m sure I’ll be glad I did it in a time that isn’t right now haha. 6/9 days.

Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Did a bit of journaling & will do more before bed. More lists happened too!

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for my partner (cleaned the bathroom so I have a clean tub for a bath later), the health of my ancient lioness kitty & a comfy bed. Sometimes it’s the simple things indeed!

Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Today I’m glad I have stayed hydrated & got some chores done. I may have pushed myself a little hard but I'm so glad to have my meal prep tackled & a cleaner living space.

Your turn kids! How was your day? Anyone have an exciting recipe to share?
