Hi there! i’m a 20F, 155cm and 53 kg. I’ve been wanting to get to 47kg but i’m not sure how i can do that when my BMR is around 1200 per day (and 1400 if i exercise a little), doesn’t that mean if i want to be in a calorie defect i’d have to go lower than that which -from what i’ve read- isn’t healthy? i’m not sure how to be in a 500+ calorie deficit. I really don’t enjoy working out at home and i don’t have access to a gym so these aren’t an option, but i’m in love with walking and its the only form of exercise i truly enjoy and see myself doing, i even miss it when i can’t go out to walk especially now with it raining 24/7. i’m also not sure if walking actually burns a significant amount of calories either way. i really want to get to 47kg at by the end of the year but i’m not sure if it’s possible. What do you recommend?
