You guys probably get a few of these a week so I apologize, but I’m so frustrated right now. I’m 18yrs old, I’m 5’11 and around 250lbs (though I sort of weight more than I look). Throughout the pandemic I’ve been extremely sedentary and was eating more than I should. But in the past month I’ve been eating less (around 2,100 or so calories) and have been walking A LOT more than I used to. Yet when I stepped on the scale today I was 260lbs. Ive gained like 15 lbs in the past two months, which seems faster than I’ve been gaining weight when I was sedentary. I would appreciate any suggestions or explanations for this
