Hi, I got out of an abusive marriage several months ago and have been able to finally work on getting into shape. I’ve lost a good amount by watching what I eat and being at a calorie deficit. Now I need to work on toning and strengthening my muscle without over doing myself. I’ve injured my lower back and have arthritis in my hips, shoulder, and knees.
Has anyone had good results from the high resistance bands? Just got a set and am looking forward to using them.
