Welp, need advices to start working out after an accident

Hey everyone!

I'm 20 years old (male) with little to no gym background but I've always been in an alright shape for entirety of my life until I had a life-changing moment in which I had to lay in bed for nearly 4 months. Now that I'm okay, I'm truly sad with the way my body has became as I have a lot of fat on my thighs and sides.

I don't have any motivation to work out because I'm lazy and medically depressed. But I know for sure that I have to keep myself healthy so I can enjoy life more.

I currently weight around 96 kilos (211 pounds) with height of 180 cm (5.9 feet) and I would like to no what are the best things I can do to go into shape?

I'm unable to do pushups as well in which I need help with, YouTube videos haven't done anything unfortunately. I really do wish that I can do some so I could work on my upper body. My stamina is basically nonexistent due to the fact that I became a heavy smoker after my depression.

I have allergies towards eggs, as I end up throwing up once I eat them, I was thinking maybe a diet could ease my pain and I can't really find any suitable diets for me without eggs. Could anyone please give me advices?

This is a throwaway account as I don't want any of my friends and family to see what I'm going through.

Thank you in advance!
