as the title says, this is pretty straightforward. i’m an 18 year old college student who has gained 25-30 lbs in the past 8-9 months. i miss the way i used to feel in my skin and my body just does not feel good anymore (lazy, fatigue, discomfort). i’m 180 right now and 5’9” and would ideally like to be 150-55 on a vegan/vegetarian diet. does anyone have any workout tips? there is a full gym in my apartment complex so i am able to do just about anything.
