Hi .. i was thinking because i view some youtube videos of people normal eating habbits ... i think people who eat much carbs in their day have somethings common which is 1- snacking habbits because of high apetite 2- look puffier and not very shredded
I think too much carbs is really an issue for appetite and for water retention
Even if eaten in a maintenance .. unless you are supper active ( which makes u in a slight deficit ) u will not get any benifit from high carb diet even if the protein is high
Correct me if i am wrong .. i think specially for short not very active females ... we shouldnt rely on carbs for energy ... it in my case makes me so ravenous that i keep eating alot ... i am not saying low carb or cut carbs but there must be something in between .... plz share your thoughts .... i really need to figure out my sweet spot to lose weight and regulate my appetite
Also i need to look a bit shredded .. and i dont think my high carbs ration diet help me to do so .. it is no matter i tried to eat less i look puffy and i am hungry
Ps i eat alot of protein and i think the more i eat it doesnt help me either
