Last year I managed to loose about 50 pounds. But like a fair number of people, the weight started to creep back. I realized the other day that I’m spending so much money on apps like Doordash and adding in extra calories just to meet delivery minimums/ justify the price. I decided I’m just going to delete the app and wow it’s been a game changer. Now if I want something to fill a craving, I either have to go to my kitchen and find something there or if I really want something I don’t have, get up and walk to go pick it up. 9/10 I just decided to find something else at home, which usually ends up being healthier.
