Hey to all the ladies,
I am having trouble navigating my PMS cravings. Like most of the month I am completely okay eating healthy and in a deficit, and then for about a week before my period, I have such trouble just feeling full. It is annoying because I'd eat the normal amount of food and I would just not be satisfied, so I'd either go to bed hungry or give into my cravings. Often times its just carbs that I crave.
So I've been wondering if any of you have found any solutions to this. It must be a hormone thing. Would a better balanced diet help? Do you just fight through it? Or do you use one of these days a month as a cheat day? I've just been noticing this as Im getting used to a healthier lifestyle, usually I wouldnt notice the difference I guess because I didn't really care.
