My current go-to is Ensure Max Protein, but that's because they're the only brand I've found thus far that has a mocha flavor. And yes, it's caffeinated (100 mg of caffeine). A two-in-one coffee and protein shake is extremely appealing for me as someone who works 12-hour night shifts. Also, the shakes have almost no sugar, and the protein-to-calorie ratio isn't that bad from what I can tell (150 calories for 30 grams of protein).
The problem is that I'm forced to order them online. I live in a small town, and the local Walmart only seems to carry the milk chocolate flavor nowadays. I do not like that flavor of Ensure shake. Since I have to order online anyway, I'm curious to see what others here would recommend.
