Need some help/resources

I have struggled with weight my entire life. I was always a chubby kid. I lost a ton of weight as a teen but I still saw myself as fat. I gained weight in my later teens/early 20s but lost it again when I started a manual labor job. Well, I'm in my late 20s now and I'm doing office-type work. After a very bitter divorce and being more sedentary I've put on a ton of weight. I last weighed myself about two weeks ago where I was 340 pounds.

My main question I guess would be where do you start when you weigh this much? I've lost weight before. I know how to count calories and exercise. But I've never been this heavy. Any form of exercise, even a 20 minute walk completely exhausts me, and I mean totally exhausts me. After a hard day of work it's even more tough to accomplish that walk.

Are there mild exercises I should do? Do I have to cut out even more calories from my diet?

I'm really confused, but also really, truly tired of being this heavy.
