January 1st 2021 I weighed 190 I’m a 5’4 20 year old Female. So I made a goal to loose (70-60 pounds) weight and started working out 5-6 days a week plus I added a healthier eating lifestyle. I cut out sugar and processed foods. All I did was eat veggies and water everyday.
By the Beginning of May 2021 I was down to 150. I feel healthier and have more energy.
I haven’t lost anymore weight because I want to reset and take a break from working out. I still eat healthy and I’ve maintained 150 pounds. However I still want to loose 30 more pounds because that’s my goal weight (my goal weight is 120) and I still have a lot of tummy fat. I only have fat on my stomach everywhere else is toned.
Technically I’m still overweight I should weigh around 115-145 based on my height and age. My mom however told me that I need to stop. Why do people feel the need to comment wether if I should workout or not ? Why does she comment that I need to stop doesn’t she see a difference that I’m not depressed with how I look anymore and my self esteem has gone up ?
