My fiancée has shared a concern about my health and I now seriously want to make a change.

My fiancée is very health concious and takes care of herself very well. We were having a discussion and she shared her concern that I am not taking care of myself.

My height is: 5'6 (170 cm) and weight is 85 Kg (187 lbs). BMI is 30.2. I think that makes me borderline obese. My lifestyle is very sedantry (10-14) hours on desk.

I eat 3-4 times a day but serving size is small as compared to other people around me.

These are my goals:

  1. Lose 20 Kg to get into the healthy BMI
  2. Become physically active and strong

I have started lifting weight but I can only lift 6 Kg (3 + 3 plates) for 25 times (3 sets). And I am walking for around 10-15 minutes. I am also trying to cut vegetable oils and junk food.

Can I get some tips to get to my goals faster and how?
