I was hungry, and ate around 4,500 calories because I needed energy to study for my final exams. Can anyone relate?

It sucks. I have work that will take about 10 hours tonight. I didn't feel hungry, but I needed more energy. I have to force myself to eat that much. I dropped from 244lbs to 171lbs in 5 months. It's hard for my brain to do heavy lifting off of healthy foods. I usually overcompensate for this with copious caffeine and nicotine use.. However, today, I felt dead and I knew have to eat a shit ton to power through these final exams.

Does anyone feel like sometimes they have to overeat to get energy?

I will probably end up running around 10 miles tomorrow, and I'll go boxing tomorrow to burn some of it off, but still. It's hard to not overeat because of these fucking exams.
