I gained 10 lbs in the previous year. I'm a very small guy - 19M, 5' 4", 108 lbs last year. Now I'm more than 120 lbs. I've noticed I've occasionally overeaten to the point I become uncomfortable.
I've been pretty comfortable eating 1600-2000 calories a day for a while, for perspective.
Some recent examples that come to mind are are:
- 6 donuts in 1 sitting, plus dinner - 2000 calories in a meal
- 3 donuts in 1 sitting, plus dinner - 1250 calories in a meal
- 26 cookies over 3 days along with normal diet
- 7 croissants in 1 sitting, plus dinner - 1700 calories in a meal
The problem is that I tend to eat, like the taste, which leads to me eating more, then more.
Any suggestions?
