I need some help! I got engaged recently and want to lose some weight before the Wedding in 2023. However, I'm also a full time Nurse and Grad Student....

I currently weigh about 250lbs. I lost weight when I started grad school to earn my Master's in nursing, but not in a healthy way. I lost it by literally forgetting to eat and my ADHD medicine kills my appetite, so due to that and stress I lost about 20 lbs. Now I'm stuck in a lull. My fiancé proposed to me in August and we've decided on setting sites for our wedding being in December of 2023.

I know it's shallow of me to want to lose weight before my wedding, but I also want to keep those habits. I don't want a quick fix and I want to be healthy. Being engaged just adds extra stress and incentive.

There's a lot to take into consideration. I am a full time Night Shift Nurse. (I work 2-3 12 hour shifts a week). And a full time Grad Student.... who begins clinicals next semester. Who is also planning a wedding. Needless to say I'm stressing.

What do I do now? Well I try and watch what I eat. I don't eat a lot or very often. I will occasionally eat more than usual. Me and my fiancé use Hello Fresh for our meals so that's a portion controlled dinner four to five times a week.

I'm worrying about going to a gym for many reasons. I am not good at making myself work out and I am always busy. I don't know what to do. I'm very lost.

Any suggestions?
