Male 5’7 21yrs old 176lbs
Hey everyone, so basically I used to be decently fit and I was feeling great about myself, when COVID hit and gyms were off limits I still ran and tried to workout at home, then I left to basic training for the National Guard. After I came back I have been gaining weight and I feel terrible about gaining back the 60lbs I worked so hard to lose when I first started working out. I’ve been trying to meal prep but I always end up going to eat with my gf and I’ve tried going back to the gym but every time I go I feel intimidated and weak.
