So through lurking here and research online I know to lose weight you need a calorie deficit. I also know how to calculate the calories in my food. I know my BMR, how much I burn from just existing, but I don’t know how many calories I burn in a day. At all.
I can guesstimate? But is there a way I can know roughly how many calories I’m burning? I don’t want to think I’m doing enough but I’m actually not.
