I feel like I can only lose weight when I’m manic. Or when I get sudden bursts of motivation. I just don’t want to fucking do it, I’ve been dieting on and off my entire 20’s. I used to be super hott, now I hardly get so much as a glance here and there. My sister is older than me and gorgeous. Not that that matters. Anyway. How the fuck do I do this?! Im tired. Im more tired of being overweight. But im tired. Any and all advice is appreciated.
