Help :'(

Hi. So I'll explain my situation here. So I'm 5 '7 M 200lbs just for reference.

So I've been trying to eat 1600 cal with the goal of losing 1lb a week. I have been trying to exercise 30 min daily.

I CAN'T HELP BUT INDULGE IN CRAVINGS!! Like if I don't eat sweets I'll feel bad and tired and Ill have a lot of brain fog. How can I get the motivation to not like drink stuff like 800cal oreo shakes for example. It's hard I guess because I feel like if I don't eat or drink that desert I will be missing out or something.

Any tips tricks or anything to reduce cravings?
