I'm getting to point. I've been stress eating lately and gained weight that i am not happy about, i have a bad habit of eating sugary foods when I'm stressed anxious or having a panic attack. Calms me down but not helps me in the long run. I want to get fit.
Current weight 84 kilos, target weight 60-65 kilos.
I tried intermittent fasting but soon fell off the track after losing some weight.
And no my schedule doesn't allow me everyday gymming i have no time to spare on that. Suggest any alternatives to control my disorder.
Please help me!
