I'm a 16M 5'8" 151lb who needs to drop down to 142-45lbs. I'd love to be on the lower end, so I can eat a bit before match day and don't need to maintain. This is my first time cutting, and I want to know what I can and can't eat, what kid of deficit I need to be in, anything that can help me get down to my weight.
My time frame is Monday, the 22nd, to Tuesday the 30th. I've accepted that Thanksgiving dinner is a memory for now, and I have practice for two hours every weekday except Thanksgiving. How much should I be working out, how many pounds per day should I shoot for, and what can I eat?? Thanks for any help!
