Doctor called me an athlete.

Hey friends. Went to the doctor because I’ve been concerned about a low RHR and some dizziness. (Background: have lost 26kg in the last two years and workout 4x a week at least, 2x strength, and 2x cardio).

My doctor checked my bloodwork results and blood pressure and such and said in essence “This is common in athletes and you’re healthy. You’re fine. Stop obsessing over details and go by how you feel.”

I never in a BILLION years ever thought that I’d be called an athlete. Let alone by a DOCTOR. What. I’m flabbergasted. I’m still officially “obese” and smoke like a chimney.

NSV I guess?
