I feel like my ventures to change my body in the past have been to change from having a body i hate to a body i love.
but is it more about loving your body from the start and just trying to do things that you know will add to what you enjoy about your body?
sorry if this sounds stupid, but i find myself in this mindset of finding this stupid and pointless and demotivating. but maybe if i can see whats good and be like, this is good, i enjoy this, i want to enjoy this more, lets do something that will give me more to enjoy?
