Difficulty sleeping since starting weight loss?

Has anyone else found it harder to get to sleep? I started eating in a caloric deficit 2 months ago and have lost 18 pounds so far. I never had trouble sleeping before, but I lie awake in bed for hours now. I'm still sedentary, eating high-volume low-calorie foods, and going to bed with a full stomach (I know an empty stomach is one factor for insomnia). My diet consists of oats, fruits, dairy, a lot of greens, and 3 consecutive days of either beef and chicken (I meal prep). I'm definitely not depriving myself.

Part of the reason I haven't started exercising is because my body is tired from lack of sleep. I definitely feel healthier and mentally more awake, but my body is tired... and my mental alertness is what keeps me up. So it's really confusing.

I get anywhere from 4-6 hours. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
