I've started working about 6 months ago and I've been really happy with my progress so far. In total I've lost 30 lbs. and right now I'm hovering around 145lbs as a man who is 5'7". I'm more defined now and my abs are starting to appear but I'm really self conscious about the lingering fat I have at the very bottom of my abdomen and hips. It's been this way for quite a while now and I'm not sure if I should eat less? Exercise more? Eat more and exercise more? Any advice would be appreciated!
