Can y’all rate my situation

I’m 16 years old and 6’3. I’m 172lbs with a good layer of fat on my belly. I wanted to trim that out and get some upper body muscle going. Essentially I just wanna kill the gut. I made great progress from December to September and haven’t regressed. I ate a simple deficit and did boxing. However I have stagnated, I haven’t lost so much weight anymore. What I do now is I eat around 2200 calories a day and get about 8-7 hours of sleep. I lift weights for an hour 3 days a week and do other arm workouts, nothing too specific, and for the other 2 days I do cardio on the elliptical for 30 minutes to an hour. I eat over 100 grams of protein a day, mostly tuna though I meal prep Turkey and chicken. I also eat mainly vegetables like carrots, tomatoes and lettuce. I wanna know if this is good enough to trim out my fat for good. I want to be able to take my shirt off at the beach.

Edit: I also lost 40lbs from December to September but recently I believe my muscle mass has increased as there’s been no fat on me that’s grown yet my arms are ever so slightly bigger. I also have pics of myself though they’re a month old.
