Hi, I’m 24 year old and 168 pounds. I’m looking to lose weight and gain lean muscle! I’m not overweight but I just want to feel better in myself as the starting of Covid I’ve put on 14 pounds and just feel sluggish and I haven’t got the time to go to the gym because of work and family etc.
Can anyone give me an effective home workout plan with no equipment please? I’m looking to get in decent half shape for new year if that’s possible lmao
