I'm a 29 year old female. I'm 51.1kg or 112lbs but I'm only 5foot or 152cm in height. My BMI is 22.
I've been feeling very sluggish and gross lately and I want to get back to my old self and start loving my body again. I've gained alot of body fat all across my body since getting older and I'm having a hard time accepting these changes to my body. I used to have a Eating Disorder from the ages of 15 to 20. I eventually grew out of it and learned to love my bod and stopped caring about what i ate and how much but every so often, I'll glance in the mirror and hate my body or feel guilty for how much i just ate and notice I still do little habits like chopping food up into tiny pieces. Because i've stopped caring about how I look or what i ate, It's also taken a toll on my health like I'm constantly tired and feeling very sluggish and bloated. I also have IBS and struggle with constipation.
My breakfast will usually consist of Oatmeal with half a banana and some honey and a green tea. On days that i dont have time to eat breakfast, I'll have a quick breakfast bar and a yogurt. I usually never eat lunch but when I do, lately it's been a bagel, ham, egg and cheese with a cup of english tea with a drop of milk. Dinners are usually different each night. I dont cook in the household. My boyfriend cooks everything for us, so whatever he's making is just what i'm having. It usually consists of boiled vegetables, potato's (Either boiled, mashed, roasted) and some sort of meat anything from Chicken, pork, beef. I dont eat desert that much but at the end of the night, I usually like to sit down with another cup of english tea and maybe some chocolate then head to bed.
I dont really remember the last time i worked out. I tried to workout at the start of this year but i didnt last a week because of my lack of consistency. Yay ADD. I feel like i never have the time to workout because I find it hard to juggle work and also clean the house once i come home from work. And usually, i'm exhausted after work because my job requires me to be on my feet at all times. On days that i do have time, I'll usually just go for a 30 minute walk in my local park with the dogs. When i did workout, I used to love doing yoga and butt building exercises. I did most of my workouts at home because i was always too afraid to go to the home and my local gym is too far away.
I would really love some advice on how I can improve my lifestyle. I'm constantly tired no matter what. I'm pretty sure I have sleep apnea from some jaw issues. (I need jaw surgery to fix it but first gotta win the lotto :P ) I'm thinking of getting a overall health check soon from my doctor like getting bloodwork done. My goals are to lose some body fat around my arms, legs, stomach and tone up and build a booty.
