Belly starting to sag from being overweight

I’m 29(f) and just over 200lbs. I’ve struggled with my weight most of my twenties and over the past month the scale has been creeping up again. More noticeably my stomach is starting to sag in the left side and I now have a permanent crease. I desperately want to reverse this before the effects become more noticeable and long lasting. Counting calories has never lasted long for me, I usually fall off after a month. My biggest issue is binge eating. I’m truly so tired of looking at myself and although I do my best to make healthy choices,y eating habits are pretty terrible. Any advice about how to get back on the wagon and staying their would be much appreciated. Hoping to post a proud progress photo this time next year.
