started losing weight on January 1st, 2020. I'm currently 176lbs down from 265.
I was obese my entire life (currently 23m) so my body is a little fucked up. lots of loose skin and weird fat deposits. after maintaining 180lb for a bit I've decided to cut again so I can really get shredded and I can't for the life of me lose my gut.
Diet is 1600-1700cal, keto, one meal a day, 160gs of protein minimum. I run 20kms a week, lift weights 5 times a week, bike 30 mins on my commute, sleep 7 hours a night. I can't think about what I'm doing wrong. I've been following this for two months with only 2 cheat days.
I'm so frustrated. I work out like a mother fucker, eat perfectly, and I still have the classic skinny fat physique. I just wanna hear from anyone who has dealt with this and overcome it.
