Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for coffee & getting time to write this morning. Sweet quiet time. I'm planning on getting some more of that post dinner.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & I'm going to remember my vitamins!
