Returning to Exercise after COVID-19

Hi!

So, long story short, I was infected with COVID after returning from a trip last weekend. I spent all of last week being sick. :( I had the works: sore throat, low grade fever, body aches, cough, and congestion. Thank God, I had a mild case and I recovered without hospitalization. And yes, I am vaccinated and have a booster shot; however, I haven't had the most recent booster, but I will definitely be getting it as soon as I'm able to in 3 months. Obviously, during this time I had to stop my chosen form of exercise, which is daily 30 minute walks.

This weekend and today, I've finally began feeling like my normal self again! Still with a bit of a sniffle and lingering cough, but mostly feeling good. But I miss my walks.

I guess I was wondering, how long after having COVID did you wait to begin exercising again? Was it more difficult, even if you just had a mild case?
