It’s just awful not having any motivation but being so depressed with my weight. I’ve lost 20, 30 lbs on many occasions in the past. Each of those times, I just woke up one day and felt motivated, but alas, that motivation would always go away. I am the most unhappy I’ve ever been with my weight/body, I feel sick everyday and I feel and look awful. How have you been able to motivate yourself to JUST DO IT AND STICK WITH IT? I get so discouraged with how long it’ll take. I also turn to food in all situations- happy? Celebrate with food. Sad-food will make me feel better… how can I stick to a diet and just change my mindset?
