Hello everyone
that's it, i'm having a diet to lose weight, but sometimes.. i want to cede. and i sometimes do cede. problem is that i dont want to spoil my whole diet by eating junk food. i am now wondering and thinking : what are some sugary food that could satisfy my urge to eat? i was thinking about watermelon, as there are not many calories in it. any answer could help me!
