Sooo I live in Puerto Rico and we have a tropical storm coming and it’s says to rains till Tuesday. My exercise consist of walks outside and I haven’t been active for a while. Obviously, I don’t think I’ll be be able to go for my walks.
On top of that I’ve had a cyst grow in my inner thigh which also limited my activity. I belive it’s getting smaller and healing.
I want to feel active while being at my home. Something that can help me work up a sweat. I’ve never done much besides walk But I think developing a workout routine at home can help me have some variety. Plus, I’ve my weight has been stuck so maybe having a change in activity could help.
Any and all advice would be appreciated.
