I went to go pick up medication at the local pharmacy. I go once every 30 or so days. Last month, I picked up some medication to alleviate some gastro problems but they didn't seem to do much other than make me dizzy so I stopped after two days. Went back this month to pick up my monthly dosage of my normal meds & the pharmacist who I tend to talk to for a few minutes about life whenever I come through is there. She's like "Okay ... so getting your medication... OK you have a refill for X - did you want that again?" I decline and she's like "Yeah - were the side effects really rough? You look like you REALLY lost weight." And I was like... huh?
At first, I was like wow - do I look like I'm literally like...starving or something? Then it clicked and I responded with "Oh, no. I didn't really end up taking it. I've just been dieting!" Nice ego boost for the day since it's hard to tell I lost weight lol.
186 to 163 in about 32 days initially from going cold turkey on fast food (water weight) and then about 2-3lbs per week from a low calorie diet!
