Male 27 years old, 7.5kgs lost since August 16 with a starting weight of 141kg. Currently at 133kg with a goal weight of 95kg. In the gym 3-4 times a week, eating roughly 1800-2000 calories per day depending on gym. Feeling frustrated today as I weighed in and I am the same weight as last week. Only weighing myself once a week, same day and time. Is this normal? Am I cheating too much on weekends? Any guidance or support is appreciated as today was a little bit of a bummer.
