What food’s calorie content ‘shocked’ you when you started tracking ?

This could either relate to how low the calories are or how high they might be.

For example, when I first began tracking my calories three foods that surprised me were granola, peanut butter and zucchini.

Granola and Peanut butter are almost unbelievable high in calories for the small volume of food. (A tsp of peanut butter is a sad amount and granola is so dense in calories i could easily eat a days worth of calories in just granola).

By contrast, zucchini’s, cucumbers and leafy vegetables are shockingly low in calories and you can eat absurd amounts of them without really compromising your calorie budget.

Did anyone else have this when they started tracking ? If so, what Foods ?
