Day 13. Almost two full weeks into the month! Crazy talk.
Let’s get to the bidness!
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Got it this week.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): Maintenance. I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting so I’m taking it easy today. Toast & tea up in here.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): After yesterday’s post I ended up feeling guilty & doing yoga which then lead to cleaning my mat & a whole spiral of chores that got my heart rate up. So one for yesterday, nada for today. 11/13 days.
Finish one section (year) per week: Did a little here today. I finished up some research, I'll admit that part is lacking. 1/4 years.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the access to paid sick time I have. Lots of people don’t have that luxury here & I sometimes take it for granted.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Going to bed early & maybe a bath. My body hurts.
