I'm 5'10 220 - I look pretty decent though cause I have a lot of muscle, very bulky shoulders/etc... but I probably need to lose about 40 lbs to get in great shape (I would consider great shape about 10% body fat)
My problem is I love food soooooooooo much. I look forward to each of my meals and it's such a struggle for me to stay around 2000 calories. I have to fight myself to even stay below 3,000 (I maintain around 3,000 a day)
How do you guys do it?
