Hi everyone, I am restarting my recomp after about 3 months of not working out. Previously I was lifting weights, kickboxing, and biking. So here’s my plan and please tell me if it makes sense or if I should change anything.
29F 5’0” 151lb and 43% body fat (using a 1byone scale) bust 37” waist 31” hips 41.5”
1350 Cals per day 130g protein / 130g carbs / 35g fat
-Daily 1 hour of stationary biking (To replace step count/regular movement) -3 days Full body weight lifting -2 days TRX full body workouts -Yoga on rest days
I currently work from home and haven’t been walking around due to the cold but have been using my stationary bike. My weight doesn’t bother me as much as the body fat does.
