Here's some progress pics and a graph of the last 3 months

First of all i wanna thank everyone here because this subreddit has motivated me and helped me a lot i started my journey at 290lbs in October 2021 and now im 241 in February 2022 The first graph its my skeletal muscle The first 2 months i was doing 1200cal a day while doing cardio and weight lifting which was awful i didn't feel any good and in January i started 2000cal a day with 1hour of weight lifting and 1 hour of swimming a day Still have 50lbs more to lose! pictures
