Hi everyone. Started my weight loss journey in December 22. I'm a 25 y/o female, who wants to drop about 100 pounds, maybe. (May be a bit steep lol) Cutting sodas/sugary/calorie ridden drinks completely, eating 'better' and more home-cooked meals, workout right now about 4x a week. So far, in 2 months, have lost 18 pounds. I'm super stoked!!
I would like to ask though, is there some protein powder, vitamin, etc. that you guys suggest or recommend? I'm lactose intolerant, and have some pretty sensitive stomach issues, but other than that, not allergic to anything. I know we are all different, but if there's anything I could start some research on that might work for me, i'd love that.
Also, has there been anything that you learned later, what no one taught you, or something you wish you knew at the beginning of your journey?
