Day 10! Month two of this fabulous year. Wow, it both feels like forever but also I can’t believe how far along we are in this year!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Logged.
1800-2000 calories a day, do not adjust for exercise: Getting this back in hand. Stir fry for dinner! 5/10 days.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. 8/10 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Did a fair amount of tappy tap tap on the digital journal again. Will do a little analog later. Got some lists to make.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for how beautiful the sun rise & set were today. I missed the snow caps on the mountains. I'm very lucky to have always lived near forests and or mountains.
Express intention (day, week, month or moment): I intend to express both with clarity & increased frequency my needs instead of just assuming no one cares & if I don't take care of it no one will.
