All I had to do was say something really stupid to a girl I liked. Then, the stress of digging myself from that hole resulted in a loss of two pounds. Great success! :D
That and I did some HiiT training (burpees) before dinner followed by an hour long walk after dinner.
Anyway, please take good care of yourselves - when you lose weight, your body and mind also fight it by sending sad thoughts to your head - at least mine do anyway. If you can, spend time with friends who love and support you frequently. And you know, we're always here in this journey with you.
